The building also features other necessary amenities such as an elevator and a service level voice intercom.  Located between Madison and Park Avenue, this building is just a short distance away from the Central Park, and is near transportation hubs and a great deal of gorgeous restaurants and shops.

Nearest subway station is at 86 St approximately 0.2 miles or a 2 minutes walk from the building.
